- Specialized software assisting the student with organization and staying on track
- Advice on secondary school course selection
- Advice on extracurricular and summer activities
- Advice on standardized testing: ACTs, SATs, AP and IB exams
- Preparation of a carefully selected list of colleges and universities developed exclusively for your student
- Discussion of early decision, early action, restricted early action, rolling and regular decision options
- College interview strategy
- Planning college visits
- Personalized assistance with completing common applications and supplements
- Assistance with brainstorming of essay topics and review and discussion of essays
- Review of resume format and content
- In person meetings and/or meetings over skype on a regular schedule
- Support in making final choices after decision letters are received
Hourly Services
Any of the services listed in the comprehensive package can be conducted on an hourly basis.
Concierge Services
- Transport freshmen college student from the airport to school
- Settle student in the dorm
- Purchase dorm essentials with the student
- Disclosing all of the student’s academic history including secondary school report cards and standardized testing
- Regularly communicating with the secondary school counseling office regarding deadlines, fees, and school imposed requirements
- Meeting deadlines for completing assigned tasks (e.g., writing essay drafts, compiling activities list, completing common application)
- Obtaining recommendations from teachers, coaches, etc.
- Signing up for and taking standardized tests
- Sending official standardized test scores to colleges
- Advising colleges of enrollment intentions including early decision
- We will provide all of our services in a professional and helpful manner. The student is the recipient of our services. However, the parents are the clients and we welcome their involvement and strive to keep the parents apprised throughout the process.
- Our services are solely advisory. We have no monetary arrangement with any college or university and we never accept a fee from a college or university for referral or placement. Our loyalty lies solely with the student and parents.
- Decisions regarding particular college admissions are made by each college’s admission officers.
